Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Each company may register one or more attendee with a phone call (814-834-1166), or by filling out the form on our Contact Us page with the following information:

General Information

  • Courses are held at TAT’s Training Center located at 106 Enterprise Street, St. Marys, PA, 15857

  • Course fee includes: Course registration, industry speaker, information handouts, a binder, 4 lunches, snacks and drinks for breaks and one optional after class dinner on the third day of classes. Each student will receive a certificate and class photo after course completion.

  • There is no cancellation once an attendee is registered. However, an attendee can be substituted by another attendee from the same company until 5 days prior to the beginning of the course.

  • The two available courses are 4 full days long: Course 1 is Tuesday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm each day. Course 2 is Monday to Thursday, also from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Classes generally let out an hour or two earlier on the final day of each course as a courtesy to students who need to travel. They are intensive and highly focused hands-on courses. Course 1 is a prerequisite for Course 2.

  • While students are encouraged to take courses 1 & 2 back-to-back, they can also choose to return for course 2 at a later date if they cannot take both courses in the same period.

  • Class sizes are small to ensure a high instructor to attendee ratio. Students will be divided in groups of 2-3. Each group will be issued a computer to enter and tabulate the experimental data and later make graphs for presentations.

  • Students are encouraged to bring 15 samples of a part from their plant to sinter along with the experimental parts. They can take these parts back with them for reference. This is optional.

  • Fees do not include breakfast, dinners other than the third night, hotel, and travel expenses.

  • A list of local hotels will be provided upon request. Reservations are made directly by the students.

  • Once a reservation is confirmed, the student's company will be issued an invoice that will be due upon receipt.
